Blossoms of fall
Blossoms of fall
While the leaves so red bid farewell to the Cedar so tall,
The mystic smell of October breeze puts you in thrall.
The deep blue of the flimsy clouded heaven makes you feel so small,
While the summer calls it a day, such hope in the blossoms of fall.
When winds of north are just a fifteen more dawn,
In the lazy evenings a shimmering moon’s yawn.
While the delusions of yesterday are long drawn,
That extended warm heart and yet love withdrawn.
The mute symphony of limerence in early nightfall,
While a soul captured in the lock of hair enthrall,
The innocence of those eyes where moments stall.
When all begins to end and yet such hope in the blossoms of fall.
