In other words, if the given stimulus is a friendly/favorable to the cell it will move toward the stimulus while on the contrary the cell will either move away or create a layer/layers of protection against any stimulus which challenges its existence. When the stimulus is positive, inviting and/or pleasurable to the cell the response from the cell is (1) or move towards the stimulus whereas when the stimulus is negative, acting as a threat the response from the cell is (0) or move away from the stimulus.
